How to order
You can place orders either as a logged in member or as a guest. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail. Please be sure to check the details of your order. If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .

We accept a paypal payment. You can make the payment using your credit card safely online via Paypal. If you are having issues checking out we can send you a paypal invoice separately from the site. In that case, please let us know at email@example.com. All custom duties are paid by customers.
All deliveries will be shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service) or E-Packet (Registered Airmail) both provided by the Japan Post Service.
EMS: Packages are traceable and usually arrive within 7 business days from shipping. Insurance is covered by the shipment charge; please refer to the EMS site for details. Shipping Cost may vary depending on weight of package. It is calculated automatically up to 3,000g according to your order. More than 3,000g, we will inform you later about it.
E-Packet (Registered Airmail) Up to 2.0Kg : Packages are traceable for some countries and usually arrive within 7-15 business days from shipping. Insurance is covered max. 6,000 yen. Please refer to this page for details.
Exchanges & Returns
We will only accept exchanges in the event of damaged or defective items that we cannot replace. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us first within 7 days of arrival by email at firstname.lastname@example.org We do not accept customer requests for returns or exchanges.
Sales Tax and Custom Duties
We do not collect Japanese consumption tax on international orders as long as the order is delivered oversea. However, all duty fees, customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or any other charges that may be incurred at the point of entry to your country are to be paid by the customer or the recipient of the shipment.
